Memory is Ritual: A Remembrance of Ourselves by The Beautiful Project explores the memories we are recalling and relearning about our minds, bodies, and spirits. Through self-portraits, poetry, and film, we will offer reflections of these memories that bring the rituals of lament, release, and hope into remembrance. This exhibit opens September 4, 2021 at The North Carolina Museum of Art.
