Memory is Ritual: A Remembrance of Ourselves by The Beautiful Project explores the memories we recall and relive about our minds, bodies, and spirits. Through self-portraits, poetry, and film, we will offer reflections on these memories that bring the rituals of lament, release, and hope into remembrance. This exhibit opens September 4, 2021, at the North Carolina Museum of Art.
